This week, we’ve gathered a variety of exercises that keep you moving, even if you don’t have access to a gym or much (if any) fitness equipment. Remember, most equipment can be substituted with items around the house. For light weight, consider using canned food, or water bottles filled with sand (or water). You can also add repetitions to increase the difficulty of an exercise.
