Exercise Of The Week: Chair Twist

This chair variation of the “Half Lord of the Fishes” yoga pose is a chair twist that will help release tension from your spine.

You can sit sideways on a chair and reach for the chair back for resistance. If you’re in a tight space (like on an airplane), you can also sit normally on the chair and for the arm rest for resistance (or chair back, if you’re able to do so comfortably).
